Can't see my certificate even though I passed the exam

Hi there, 

 

As you can see the pics I've attached, I completed the content marketing course and passed the exam 51/60. However, I didn't get any exam pass email and even can't view my certificate. Anyone knows why?

SOLVE

Hi @hyerankim  The workflow that establishes the certs can take a day or two to propogate. Are you not yet seeing the certificate? If so, please forward your Hub ID and your user accout email address for further troubleshooting. (Please feel free to PM if neccesary).
