2. If you click into the one lesson that doesn't have the check mark and click through those lessons, does the check mark show up and does the view certificate show up in the spot mentioned in step 1?
If not, can you please send along what you do see in the "tracks" area where you should see "view certificate"?
Can you please send along a screenshot of the "team" tab (see screenshot)? Additionally, if you can send along a screenshot of the email you received confirming your score, that would be great.
Thank you for the screenshots! I am going to partner with the Academy team on this, but to confirm is this issue occuring in multiple browsers/after clearing your cache? If you can confirm what browsers you are experiencing this on, that will help the Academy team in understanding what the best next steps are.
