I cant do the exam

It has happened 3 times, when I click to take the exam, it automatically appears that I finished it and it does not allow me to do it

What exam are you getting stuck on? 

 

Can you please confirm this is happening across multiple browsers, after clearing your cache, and in an incognito window? 

 

The more information, screenshots and details you can provide, the better the Community can assist.

In the inbound exam I confirm that it happens in several browsers, firefox and chrome, and incognito tab
