How to recover a removed user

Hi,

By mistake, I removed a user from the account and all the record of certifications that user had with it. Is there a way to recover that user or ultimately to recover those certifications?

Hey @reymarquez 

You could try to add this user again to your portal and the user will recover the certifications that are associated with that email address.
