Certification Issues

When I go to 'My team', there is no badge under 'Awards' for the Inbound certification I completed. However, when I go to 'Tracks' and select 'Marketing' (under 'Categories') and 'Completed' (under 'Status'), I'm able to view my certification.

I've read through this post; here is the information it said I should share in my post.

 

1. [Redacted].

2. Inbound.

3. Firefox (67.0.4) and Safari (12.1.1).

Thank you for the detail information and screenshots.

 

Usually, it takes a few hours before the badge appears under "Awards". I was able to find your certification approved in your portal.
