I had watched all the videos in the inbound certification track and done all the quizzes. And immediately I clicked the 'take the Exam' button, I was scored 0/60, without even attempting any questions.
If you are still experiencing this issue, and it is occuring across multiple browsers as well as after clearing your cache, can you please send me a video and har file of what you see when you try to take the exam?
Hi, Jenny, I couldn't attach the HAR here. How else can I get the file to you? I've tried UC browser, and it still gives a Pop up indicating that my time is up. Does this have something to do with my geographical location?
