Passing certificate not showing

Hello, 

I passed my inbound certificate and recieved grade in the email. But cannot access certificate. When I search it, it says resume track. When I click resume track, it says its completed. I cleared my cache and its still not working. Please advise.

Can you please share a screenshot of what you see under the "tracks" tab as well as the "team" tab? 

 

If you can send along a screenshot of the email you received as well, that would be great!
