Inbound (New) Certification exam does not work

Hi, 

 

I tried to take the Inbound (New) exam for the Certification twice but it stops working after I answer a few questions.  It shows a message that indicates that the time is over but that is not correct becasuse it did not take me more than 12 minutes to answer the questions that I was able to complete.  I don't understand what is going wrong.  Do you have any suggestions?

I am sorry for the difficulties you've had with completing the Inbound certification. Are you still experiencing this issue? 

 

If so, can you please try completing the test on a different browser? If the issue persists, can you please share the original browser you were working on, the new browser you tried on, as well as any screenshots or indications of the error?
