I just passed the Email Marketing exam after completing the lessons, but I did not recieve an email with my certificate. I saw in the FAQ that I may need to update my email preferences in case I unsubscribed at one point. When I checked, though, I was signed up to recieve all emails. Please help!
Along the same lines...On Tuesday Aug 7 I passed the social media certification course and I also didn't receive the certification email. My email should be set up correctly - please confirm! Thanks.
