Cannot Take the test

I am not able to take the test. When I click on start exam it isI have not taken the exam when i click on start exam this shows.I have not taken the exam when i click on start exam this shows. showing this directly.

I'm having the same problem, trying to access the Inbound exam. I've made 2 different accounts and I get this error message on both.
