segregate lead info

I am using a forms as a script for incoming calls from potential sellers of real estate. Not only collecting info about potential seller, but also the property. The seller is the contact bu th elead is the property. There could be multiple properties. How can I capture both the sellers info and the property info but have the ability to have multiple properties per seller? More like how can I associate a contact (seller) with one or multiple properties?
