is anyone else having trouble with the exit pop up form? I am currently using it on one website, but I manage another website as well and the pop-up form is not showing up no matter what I try.

Submit the link from the site that has Popup configured and does not appear.

You site is in WordPress, not HubSpot.

I believe the HubSpot popup form only works on domains / pages configured on HubSpot.

For this, you need one plugin in WordPress to create this pop-up form.

Hey Daniel, I have used the pop up with Hubspot/Wordpress multiple times on other Wordpress sites. That's why I'm struggling to figure out why this one isn't working.

Hey @Zakattack_89  just to confirm, pop-up forms will work on external pages outside of HubSpot. As long as the tracking code is installed.

Looking through the page : http://takumiusa.com/ 

It doesn't look like the HubSpot tracking code is installed on this page. So Pop-up forms cannot load on this page. There's a great guide on installing this here:

If you're on wordpress you can easily install this using the HubSpot for Wordpress plugin too: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/integrations/install-the-hubspot-wordpress-plugin
