non HubSpot form not showing up in Forms list

Greetings,

Newbie here. I'm using the Bloom form plugin on my WordPress website and have successfully connected a test form to a static HubSpot list. The test form appears at the bottom of blog posts, e.g., https://www.baldguystudio.com/you-need-to-be-gdpr-compliant-wait-what/

I've tested the form and couple of test contacts are in the list. The issue is that the form name doesn't appear in the HubSpot Forms list so I can't take the next step of connecting it to Mailchimp. I can see two HS forms but not the non HS one. I'm on HubSpot free if that makes any difference.

Any idea what I may be missing?

Thanks!

Chuck

Unfortunately, based on their documentation, Bloom Forms is not listed as a supported vendor ( https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/forms/use-non-hubspot-forms ).  But since it is getting submissions, I would submit a ticket to Hubspot support to see whether or not there is something that can be done to help.  You may also need to reach out to Bloom forms to see if they have come across this before.

Hi, Ben,

Elegant Themes, the creator of Bloom and the Divi theme, told me that there has been some issue between their forms and HubSpot free, so that's probably what's causing the form to not show up in the list. At least the submisions are working. I'd take your suggestion and submit a ticket to HubSpot support except that's not available on my plan until I upgrade.

I'll try Zapier.

Thanks,

Chuck
