how to get your leads from hubspot forms subscribed to your marketing information?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to get leads to fill in the forms and once they have filled in the form I want them to automatically subscribed to receiving email from us. I'll paste the link to the form below. If anyone can help please?

Hi @Akash03,

In the form editor, when you scroll down to "I agree to receive other communications from The job academy." and click into that section of the form on the right, the left sidebar should open – and that's where you can make the marketing consent checkbox mandatory.

Whether that is something you are legally allowed to do, you would have to check. (My reply does not constitute legal advice.)

If you want this to happen automatically in the background, without a checkbox, you would choose this option:

(Click into gray area first, then find data privacy options in the left sidebar.)

After clicking into the text again, you can specify which opt-in should automatically be set in the left sidebar.

Again, you need to make sure that you're allowed to do this and that you're compliant with legal requirements.
