embedded form not displaying ipad

hi,

Our client can't see the (embedded) form we made for a landingpage on his iPad (ios version 13.6.1). The form is displaying correctly on other browsers (we tested in Chrome, Edge, FireFox etc) and on mobiles and an other iPad (we don't know the ios version of this iPad -yet. I'll update this info as soon as i have this).

We asked our client if there was an adblocker active, which he denied. What else could be the issue?

hi,

Very slow reaction, my apologies. I sent your screendump to the people with access to TGM and they confirmed that the form is loading correctly, and that the problem is because of personal preferences or an AdBlocker. My guess is that maybe the new IOS and Apple policy is causing this. So not really a solution, but I can inform my client that technically there is nothing wrong with the form.

Again, thanks for your suggestion.
