Hello, I set my default value to be the US +1 in the form for the phone number and that shows in the form editor, but when I go to my actual page, the form shows CA +1. How can I fix this?

I have always used Hubspot's Forms option and have always received email notifications whenever a user has completed a form. But now, despite all the boxes being checked, I am not receiving the notifications, what can I do to fix this?
