Forms with multiple columns, have columns randomly not appear.

I have a form where several rows contain multiple columns. When the form is displayed with either shortcodes or the WordPress Add-on, fields randomly disappear. The missing field is missing completely, not hidden or in the wrong place. Looking at Beitrag ansehen
