Hello Community, our company has to access properties from a company-object when creating a deal from a form. Is this a thing at all or does Hubspot not provide such a service?

We have form in our website and normally, when someone fills in the form, we get it as ticket in Hubspot. But now, we cant see any ticket, and just saw now that it was in filtered in Conversations. When I remove it from Filter, it still didnt show i Beitrag ansehen

Our ticket goes to Filtered folder now as SPAM. Even if I unmark it as not spam, it wont show now as a ticket. I dont get to see tickets now whenever...Beitrag ansehen
