I deleted a CTA that was replaced by a tracking URL, but since learned the CTA is in use in print. That QR code now gets "Access Denied". Is there a way to recover a deleted CTA?

Is it possible to have the CTA dissappear when the form is submitted? I basically want to gate my site. The CTA would be a registration form. The close button would not be visible. When they submit the form the CTA would dissappear.
