Workflow not able to enroll submissions from pop-up form

I've created at pop-form for one of our most popular guides to show up on specific blog posts. Then I created a new enrollment trigger in an existing to workflow to enroll everybody who submit the pop-up form. 

 

However, the workflow does not enroll the contacts who fill out the form. And I can't figure out why. It's a pretty straight forward trigger, but for some reason it does not work. 

 

Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi @PetterNilsson 

 

I have a workflow that enrols contacts who submit popup forms that works without issues. 

 

A few obvious things to check, although I doubt its any of these:

 

  • Have you confirmed that you added the condition as an OR, not an AND? 
  • Editing a workflow shouldn't turn it off, but confirm it is active?
  • Is there a suppression criteria or goal condition that would prevent a popup form submission from getting to the workflow actions?

Maybe while checking these things, something else will become apparent.

Hi Phil! 

Thank you for replying to my problem. 

I've doubled checked the things you suggested, the criteria i set as OR, the workflow is active and there's only one goal condition when a contact becomes a SQL they will be removed. However the contact that's bugging me is only a Lead so it shouldn't be effected by that. 

 

I bet the reason is obvious when I find it, but right now I'm stumped.
