This really depends on the integration you are using to sync WooCommerce data to HubSpot. We do not have any native integration with WooCommerce so an integration is built and managed by various third parties using our APIs.
I would encourage you to reach out to the provider of the solution you are using as ultimately they will need to advise on the best course of action to take. The reason I say this is that the integration simply uses our APIs but we do not control what data they sync and how they sync it. This depends on how they have built their application.
