Why is thank you not appearing in lead flow?

Hi, I recently set up my first lead flow on my new site https://marketingforone.com. It appears correctly after 17 seconds, and it is capturing leads as it should - but the thank you message I created never shows. Folks are submitting several times. How can I troubleshoot what javascript might be preventing that thank you message from appearing - and why would the first step work but not the last (meaning, why wouldn't the javascript prevent that)?
