So today's problem to solve. I have a video which I want to be used as high value content. I started off by building a page with a form, and the thank you page, then took you off to the video; all seems nice, but the video URL is exposed.
I then tried adding a HubSpot video module to the Rich Text editor as per the knowledge base article (so many issues trying to get this to work, but that's another story). I choose Form from the dropdown and can't see the form I created for it listed! I tried clicking Create a Form and went through the process of building and editing this. When I go to share it, I choose HubSpot CMS and the page I want it added to, then open CMS, which takes me back to the page, but the form I created isn't listed! I've tried closing it and opening it, but it still doesn't show in the dropdown or when I search. I can see some other forms listed that the onboarding company did when when I go to open these they aren;t the same type of form as the nice UI one HubSpot created for me, they are a set of fields on the left, some greyed out as they have been highlighted on the right. So, presuming this type of form works, how do I do this? Can't find any knowledge base articles on this. Really quite frustrating how many things don't work as they should or appear as they should. HELP!
Hi @DJames79! Welcome to the Community-- happy to have you here 😊
I apologize for any frustration this has caused. Have you verified that the form you are trying to embed has been published in the form editor?

Yes, the form is published. Our onboarding company has said the below...
1. In order to add a form, you'll need to add a "Form Module," then select which form to add.
The video form, which is a "New" and not "Legacy" form, doesn't seem to be appearing for selection in the landing page for the "TM-Form (Act3)" module.
However, when I use the default HubSpot form module instead, I'm able to see and select both New or Legacy forms.
My assumption here is that the custom module that your agency built (for the TM theme) is only compatible with legacy forms, not the new ones.
It should be a fairly quick process for them to adjust the module code to accommodate, but I'm not 100% sure what work this would involve.
This isn't quite right as the Video module I've selected is the HubSpot Video as it's the only one that has the add a form function. Could the issue be related to the Rich Text Module the Video sits in?
Hey @DJames79! Thanks for that context from your onboarding company.
I think they made a great callout in differentiating the legacy versus new forms. They may not be compatible with all the same modules. Maybe there is a custom code applied to the rich text module.
Could you share screenshots of how your page is configured? I would like to see how the form relates to the video module.

Interesting, I've just gone to make a page using the Rich Text block, adding a HubSpot video (has to be internal), then clicking on the edit button for the video and adding a form overlay and now it lists all the forms, both old and new! I need to test more but it looks likely it's been updated. Is there a change log somewhere to see if it has been updated?
