View Form Creation Date

Currently, we have the date our Contact Form was created included in the Name field. I'd like to remove it, but we need to have a record of the date for tracking purposes. I understand there's a column where you can view when the form was last modified, but I need to be able to show when it was created.

Is there a column that can be added a report ran that will show this information?

The form creation date is not shown in the HubSpot UI. However, we may obtain creation dates for all forms in the portal via the HubSpot Forms API -- see "createdAt" property.

Thank you! Do you think there will be an update at some point that allows us to add a Created Date column for the forms rather than just a Last Modified date?

Don't know if adding creation date to the forms listing is on the roadmap. If you'd like to see this functionality added you may want to add your suggestion to the Ideas Forum. That's where ideas get upvoted and the HubSpot Product Team listens for suggestions.
