Can anyone please recommend a verification service plugin for email addresses? I've set up my forms to remove free domains to encourage people to fill in their business email addresses but now I'm getting made up information being added. I would like for the verification to happen when they're filling in the form and not afterwards.
Currently, the forms on HubSpot will automatically validate based on the specific conditions listed here. However, the current validation does not automatically detect fake domains or email addresses.
Other than integrations that you can use to validate or verify emails post-capture such as Kickbox Email Validation and ZeroBounce, there aren't any within our HubSpot App Marketplace that can pursue a time-of-capture at the form level.
Alternatively, if you would like to build a form with custom validation rules, this would require custom coding and can be created by working with your developer to integrate your custom form with HubSpot using the HubSpot Forms API.
