Using hubspot forms website

Hello All,

I am using the hubspot contact form on my website. However I have some difficulties with it. When I am sending a try out form to myself with pictures the details remain on my website instead of going blanc after sending the contact form in. I can't find the feauture to change this. So every time I get on my website all the details I filled in are still there. Could anyone help me with this?

I think I follow you here.

You have two options for what happens afer submitting forms on your website. 

First, you can display an in-line thank you message on the existing page.  This will replace the form (but not the whole page) with your thank you message, which you can customize.

Second, you can redirect your visitor to a new page, in which case you will have to specify what the page is and ensure that you build out the necessary components on it.

I think you probably want to be sure that the first option is in use for your form.  To do that edit your form and click on the "Options" tab.  Make sure "Display a thank you message" is selected and type your message.  See the screenshot below:

Configured this way the rest of the page should be exactly as it was after the form is submitted.
