Using Conditional Logic to Gather Additional Participants' Details

SOLVE

Hello, I've been facing some issues when using conditional logic in a Hubspot form. We created a custom 'dropdown' property to identify the no. of pax, ranging from 1-7.

Now we're looking to gather the 'full name', 'email', 'job title', and 'phone number' for additional participants when a participant selects 2 and above no. of pax.

However, when setting the dependant property/ies for 'no. of pax', there are no options for full name', 'email', 'job title', and 'phone number'. None of the custom properties shows as well, however it allows selection of 'email', 'website' and similar properties.

Greatly appreciate any feedback!

Using Conditional Logic to Gather Additional Participants' Details

Hi @Nina2,

HubSpot forms are designed to capture the information of the person who is submitting it – not of additional contacts.

For any additional contact information you want to capture, you would have to create additional fields:

  • First name (first additional contact)
  • Last name (first additional contact)
  • Email (first additional contact)
  • First name (second additional contact)
  • ...

... and so on.

Keep in mind that this will not automatically create contact records. You would have to set up a workflow like I explained here: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/CRM/How-to-create-multiple-new-contacts-from-a-form-submission/m-p/...
