Updating changes to a Property

I've made changes to the options in a Property. These changes are not showing when pulling into a new Lead Capture form I've created. Why?

Updating changes to a Property

Hi @MelanieTinson,

Are you referring the the forms editor? If so, please make sure to refresh the forms editor and check again.

If you're referring to the live form, please check whether the changes reflect in the forms editor and also re-publish the form (top right orange button). Changes don't publish automatically, they're in draft mode first.

If that doesn't help, please provide more detail about what exactly you changed and screenshots.

Best regards!

Updating changes to a Property

I have edited the property from within the Form - live.  Last night I edited the Property from the Settings console - added one option and re-ordered.  Saved.  Today, in live edit mode I deleted the field in the form with the "old" property and expected to see the revised options list in the order I'd changed to last night with the extra option added but no, it was the same thus not the Company property TYPE is now different in two places.   I edted the Property from within the Form editor and added the option and reordered the options so I have what I want now but I expected the newly revised Property to be presented to me . very odd way but I'm sure there's a reason!

Updating changes to a Property

Hi @MelanieTinson,

I'm not able to follow, unfortunately.

Can you share screenshots of the edits you have made to the property and also a screenshot of the forms editor after clicking on the field ( = with the expanded left sidebar for the property)?
