Our inside sales team is wondering if there is a way to get an automated alert whenever a contact unsubscribes or becomes unqualified in Hubspot. Thank you in advance for your help!
Are you using a specific property such as Lead Status = Unqualified or a workflow that unqualifies leads? If so, you could add an internal notification action to a workflow that would notify the contact's owner that the lead is no longer qualified.
As for the unsubscribed question, you should be able to accomplish this with a workflow too! The enrollment trigger would be "Unsubscribed From All Email = True" and then you could add the internal notification or task action to notify the contact's owner.
