Unable to find wordpress page url where HubSpot/Non HubSpot forms are embedded.

SOLVE

Greetings everyone,

I'm currently facing a challenge in identifying the URLs of WordPress pages where HubSpot/Non-HubSpot forms have been embedded. Although I can view the form submissions and determine the source from which people submitted the form, this method is not very effective in identifying the pages where people didn't convert, even if the form is embedded in them.

Is there any alternative approach or solution that can help me overcome this limitation? I would greatly appreciate your suggestions and insights. Thank you in advance!

Hey @Rahibazam Non-HubSpot forms are completely third party, it's simply a script that grabs submissions when there are any submissions. It doesn't actively listen for visits and thus can't determine conversion rates.

One thing you could do is analyse your traffic analytics for the pages, vs the submissions in the non-HubSpot forms tool manually.

A better option however would be to swap to using HubSpot embedded forms, these measure views > conversion rates and submissions via the forms dashboard.
