We're very fond of the HubSpot native forms. That's why we try to include them as much as possible. However, we have stumbled upon an issue here.
Whenever we want to add terms and conditions to a form, we add this information in a custom field. We link to the webpage of the customer, but we can never add this information as a clickable HTML element (URL). Something like this: "I agree with the terms and conditions."
An option here would be to use a consent field, but we want the checkbox to be marked in order to complete the form. Filling in the form without agreeing to the terms & conditions isn't an option.
Is this something that can be done in HubSpot? Or is this something that's missing at the moment?

Including terms by using rich text in your forms will require that you use a separate (e.g., cloned) form for each version of 'terms' you wish to distribute. Here's what the forms configuration looks like for the example shown above. Notice the Rich Text AND 'Agree to Terms' (Single on/off checkbox) custom contact property type.
