If you're talking about one and the same form, then HubSpot only supports one language. For example, if you created an English form, this cannot be dynamically translated for an Italian page. You would have to clone the form, change the form language in the Options tab and check whether all translations look good.
Each language variation needs to be a separate form. I'm not aware of any workarounds to this.

Then what are the "locale" and "translations" options when Embeding the forms ? I mean, they aren't working properly on my side, locale only changes the error messages and the button and translations seems to do the same, means I can't change the field labels but wouldn't that be the idea of it?
