To forbid a contact to complete the same form several times?

Hi everyone,

is it possible to forbid a contact to complete the same form several times?

And to display a message "you have already completed this form" for example.

Hi @lili123 

U can insert one rich text field in your template

And in Content Editor, can create a smart content based a list, for not show more the form when contact alread in list of submission.

Not ideal, but it can restrict many repeated entries.

So I haven't smart rules

One other way, if dont have access to Design Manager, u can create one SMART CTA based in a list/form submission, and insert this SMART CTA in one page before the form page. 

The default CTA will redirect to form page, if the contact has fillet the form, will show the second CTA, this with other link.

If I think of more ideas, I'll share it here.
