Thank you page

SOLVE

My thank you page doesn't appear. I created a form and it simply redirects to my website. I checked the correct box and created the thank you message but it still doesnt work.

Hi @CliquePrize,

 

Yes, a landing page might override form settings. If you open the landing page editor and click into the form, there might be different redirect settings there. (After clicking into the form, the left sidebar in the landing page editor should open.) Can you check?

SOLVE

So when i click on the Publish button and then copy the link to the form - it DOES show the Thank You page.

 

However, in the landing page - the form just redirects to my website. Its a one field form (email only) with a CAPTCHA.

 

So its as though the Landing Page version of the same form has a different action than the form itself does. If that makes any sense?

Could you please share a screenshot of your Options tab of the form editor?

 

Have you made sure to click the Update button in the top right corner? Changes are not automatically published in the forms editor:
