Thank you message not showing - troubleshooting complete

Hello,
I have more than one wordpress site using hubspot. For the site / form in question, the thank you message used to display, but after some editing (which I do no remember) it no longer displays after hitting submit.
This is the summary of troubleshooting:
The form in question does not display in ffox, however it does show in brave
two other sites using hubspot still displays their thank you message in ffox
i deleted the form in question, created a new one. deleted the page, created a new page. still nothing.
cache has been cleared every way imaginable.
thank you message shows in editing as a preview - however - does not exist on live site.
message option is clicked and i have turned it on an off, not sure if the "on" is not registering?

Hi, sofse, I don't know if this is still an issue for you, but I was able to work around it by adding a new, empty paragraph after my submission message (see picture below). It looks like, in Firefox, the submission message paragraph's top margin pushes it below the iframe's viewable area. I'm not sure why this happens in Firefox and not in Chrome or Edge. Either way, the second empty paragraph makes the iframe's viewable area bigger, so even though the first paragraph is pushed down, it's still visible.

Hi Kristen, The "thank you message" of all the embedded Hubspot Forms we have on our new company website (Wordpress, still in construction) don't show on Firefox but they do show on most of the other browsers. Here's a link to one of those forms: https://ngc.preprodciblesolutions.com/en/contact/ Feel free to submit as many forms as you want to test it out (using the same email address of course). Hopefully you can identify the problem and suggest a fix (or at least report the bug to Hubspot so they can investigate). Thank you for the much-needed help. Carl
As the form is embedded on an external page, we do not have a way to test which scripts are affecting this. Could you see if this form works on Firefox on any Hubspot page, so we can narrow down what might be causing this?

Just to confirm, these are embedded HubSpot forms on your WordPress site, correct? 🙂
Do you have a link to the page with the form that doesn't display the in-line message so we can take a look? The more screenshots and examples you can provide, the more the Community can assist with advice and next steps.

Hello Kristen,
This is the link to the embedded form that no longer displays the thank you message in ffox. It continues to display in brave. Other embedded forms on other sites continue to display the thank you message in ffox.
The thank you message is visible in the editing preview window.
My apologies for the extremely delayed reply and sorry to hear you're still experiencing this issue in Firefox!
I tested out the form on my end using Google Chrome, and I am able to see the Thank You Message:
Would you be able to share a screenshot of what you're seeing in Firefox, please? Does the Thank You Message appear at all? If it looks skewed, it may be a matter of updating the CSS on the page to make the message appear 🙂
