Suscription to marketing communication and forms

SOLVE

Hi everybody,

I've just created a  simple form to add contacts to the CRM. The fields that i've add are: phone number, interests, firm and all the checkboxes for GDPR and marketing communication.

When I test the forms I realized that even having the checkboxes OK, the colum which shows that de contact has accept the suscription is empty.

it's not the good place to check a user suscription?

Do you know if i'm doing something wrong?suscription date.PNG

Hi @LPérezB,

You're looking at the Became a subscriber date, this is a property that relates to the Lifecycle stage of a contact: the date when a contact was updated to the Lifecycle stage "Subscriber". This is very misleading, yes, as it sounds like it's the exact same thing.

The actual subscriptions can be found in the left sidebar of a contact record. Find a contact and scroll down until you see this:

You can filter for these subscriptions in lists. See the second to last entry "Subscripciones a correos".
