Submit button not working

Hi all.

When a form is filled out on the website that I embedded, the submit button doesn't work. I'll attach the website and form below.  Although when the form is filled out from the exact link, it works.

I tried the link you have included and you are right, the submit button is not working. 
Possible reasons: The form embed code is not done properly. You need to have your website developer fix the code. The form script is included, and some extra code with form fields is included again. So I doubt that the Submit button you are seeing on your website is the actual HubSpot submit button. 

The code in the red box is all extra. The form code is just the one highlighted in blue
