Submission notification

SOLVE

Hi,

I have a form that sends a notification to a HubSpot user when submitted. However the noreply@ email address it comes from keeps getting blocked. So the notification isn't delivered! allowlisting the address hasn't helped. My IT department has suggested that changing the address to a named person would help. Does anyone know how to replace the noreply@ address? Thanks

Hi @GRoshier,

 

Generally, you would have to follow these steps: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/not-receiving-hubspot-system-or-notification-emails

 

For the default system notifications, no, the from address cannot be changed.

In addition to the link mentioned by @karstenkoehler, you can also use chat app integrations (Slack, Teams, Google Chat, etc.) for real-time notifications. Another option is to use webhooks for non-supported apps.
