Spam filter not letting users submit form

Hey everyone,

Just published this new page that is containing a hubspot form. For returning users, the form field is hidden so that users don't have to submit their email more than once.

However, there seems to be a spam filter that prevent users from submitting the form multiple times when they are returning users.

Has any of you experienced this problem in the past? If so, how did you go around it?

Could you describe the behaviour your returning website visitors are experiencing in more detail? Are they able to fill out the form, but unable to click submit? Or is the issue that you're not receiving their submission?

Also, did you toggle this option on or off?

Hey Mia!

Thank you for your answer, the behaviour is that nothing happens when the user clicks submit the form, and the form submission doesn't show on our side.

I'd like to add that this is only for known users.
