Sending alerts after someone has booked a meeting via meeting link
SOLVE
Hi,
I'd like to send my SDR team email alerts to let them know when somone has booked a meeting with them. What would be the trigger of a journey like this?

Hi Rachel!
If they're not notified automatically, I believe you can create a workflow to notify anyone that needs to be involved. Use a form submission --> meeting link (meeting owner) as the enrollment trigger and then set an internal email or internal notification for everyone that needs to be notified.
Hopefully that works for you! Let me know if you have any other questions!

Forgive me if I've missed something but anyone being booked for a meeting should be automatically getting a notification email of the booking and, in O365 at least, another one when the contact accepts the meeting invite that is sent.
After someone books a meeting, you'll get an email alert with the booking time and the contact's name. You can also click to view the contact in the CRM or view the calendar event in your integrated default personal calendar
