Restriction on Form Field types

SOLVE

Hi!  I'm having an issue creating a new form as I'd like.  Are there restrictions on what type of fields can be placed on a form?  (Note: I am not using the field multiple times.)

I'm noticing this in two places:

1. I cannot drag new fields into the form (sometimes).  I drag over the field and it will not populate.

2. New field is not showing in a dependent field type as an option.

I've looked through the knowledge base and appreciate any help!

Hi @KTinBK,

Thank you for sharing!

I've experienced similar behavior in the email drag and drop editor before and double clicking on the element in the left sidebar worked while drag/drop didn't. It doesn't make sense but could you try that?

Have you check whether this behavior persists in other browser? You have a few browser extensions running which could also potentially be in conflict with the HubSpot tools.

Hi @KTinBK,

Could you please share a screen recording of this behavior?

Great idea!  Here's a quick video: https://www.loom.com/share/5f39ee677a394cf099d217beb46ce993?sid=10c63cac-a0e9-4e69-b8cb-520c990717c3.  The field is a drop down select.

Note: I've created a few different versions and it is available for use in forms.

Thanks!

@karstenkoehler the browser solved it!  (I can't believe the dependent one too.)

It's sometimes the simplest solution.  Thank you!  I clearly need to purge some extensions :).
