Required Form Fields Being Ignored When Submitting Form
Hello, I have found an issue that in the form, we have required fields but some forms are getting submitted without the person filling the required field. This makes us lose our leads info. Please do tell why is this happening.

Same issue here. I'm not comfortable sharing a screenshot of a contact name on an open forum. Is there another way I can submit information to be reviewed?

@PamCotton I am having the same issue. I have a form with 9 required fields and sometimes we are receiving applications with one of the fields missing (the same field each time). It's not that field is there but it's blank.. it doesn't appear at all on the email notification or in Hubspot itself..
Could you please provide us more information such as where is the form located, is the form external? A screenshot of one example that was submitted with the blank properties.
The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.
Can you please share a link to the page this is happening on? Additionally, can you please provide screenshots of contacts who submitted the form without the required fields?

Could you please provide us the same information @jennysowyrda asked previously in this post?

Thanks! We figured it out. Make sure you don't have two similar properties. In our case, someone made a property "Zip Code" and used that in the form. In looking in the contact's profile, our standard field for that is "postal code" which of course was blank!
