Refine form submit by URL (non hubspot pages)

I have a form embedded on multiple pages of our website (not Hubspot cms) and would like to create workflows depending on what page the form was submitted.

This is currently not possible, as Hubspot only allows you to refine by hubspot pages.

Migrating to Hubspot's CMS is not an option for us.

Can we please add this functionality?

I'm sure you've already considered this but one solution is to create a unique form per page.
