My best advice would be to use Operations Hub Professional and create an Custom Code that HubSpot has already created as one of their use cases. (https://www.hubspot.com/programmable-automation-use-cases)
The system we talk to is Kickbox and works great for your particular problem.

There are a few different options here. If you're looking for real-time validation during the form submissions, a few options have been discussed in this thread, specifically Clearout: Can hubspot verify email address captured in a form?
Alternatively, there are different services which integrate with HubSpot and can validate an email after a contact record has been created, Neverbounce is a prominent one, also mentioned in the thread above.
If you have access to Operations Hub Professional or Enterprise or don't mind upgrading, you could also make use of programmable automation. Jake Coldrick from HubSpot has shared his approch using Kickbox, another third-party service. You can find the entry in the programmable automation library under "Validate Email Address Through a Validation Service". This would again be post-capture, not real-time in the website form.
