Hi HubSpot team,

 

I've recently changed my email address and I can't recover access to my account connected to hubID 2345318. 


Can you please help?

Hi @ssg2018,

 

Thanks for the update! Do the other users still have access to their inboxes? If they go to log in, they should see the "forgot my password" option which will send a link to reset your password and log in.

Hi @ssg2018,

 

Is the issue that you need to access this portal through a new email address? It looks like there are three users in the portal. Can any of you access the portal? If so, they should be able to add the email address of a new user.

Yes, the main email address had to be deleted and there's no official way of replacing it. And the other users can't access the account anymore.

recovering the password for one of the users worked, which means I can use the account now.
