Recaptcha in HS-forms slowing down website speed

Hi guys,

Has anyone experienced that the Recaptha on the HS-form is the main factor of a slow website according to Gooogle Page Speed Insights?

Several of websites I manage that includes a HS-form experience this.

So I want to be able to turn of the Recaptcha.

However, it seems that disabling is NOT possible when a form has an autoreply mail.

But this is how I always send giveaways upon filling in the contact form.

What could be an alternative other than using Active Campaign-forms and disabling HubSpot-forms?

Anyone else? As long as HubSpot offers no solution, it looks like I have to avoid using HS-forms and will use Active Campaign for this purpose.

@PatrickBakker - I feel your pain... I have experienced the same issues.

I also love the irony and chuckle every time I realize that Page Speed Insights (by google) increases by 40% when you disable recaptcha (also by google).

Unfortunately, the only thing I have come up with is either submitting the form via the hubspot cookie and using a plain html js form / using the HS API, or removing forms from headers and footers of a site that require recaptcha. I'm okay with the "contact" page being slow but, not the entire website.

Thnx! I also got the site a bit faster after disabling the HS-chatflow. So it's not only the Recaptcha in the HS-form.
