Problem with link to open live chat

Hi! a few days ago I added a link to open the live chat based on the information I found here. but now out of nowhere it has stopped working, this is what i have, doy you know what could be the reason for not be working now?

Yes sure, you can check here (https://ferrettistore.com/porcelanatos/), i have add this #hs-chat-open and know works but only in the first click, if I remove this part href="#hs-chat-open" stops working, but before was working fine only with this onclick="window.hubspot.messages.EXPERIMENTAL_API.requestWidgetOpen();"
