@wataam it's not possible to force a website visitor to complete the form, no. However, if you're wanting to limit their access to something, a landing page with no navigation would mean they have to fill out the form and cannot navigate somewhere else. Plus the thank you page could open up access to whatever you need. But forcing someone to fill out a pop up form before they can navigate away wouldn't really align with HubSpot's inbound philosophy, no.
