Pop up styling and deleting rules of leads generated trough them

Hey guys,

could you help me with the following questions please:

1. is it possible to edit the styling of forms and pop ups created with the free version?

2. is it possible to define deleting rules inside the CRM (eg delete contact after 4 years of inactivity)?

Hello @AE1

Yes. It is possible in the free version of HubSpot to style your forms. While you may not have complete control, some customization is better than none.
This screenshot is taken from a free portal.

It is not possible to be able to automatically delete contacts by defined parameters - this could be dangerous, as contacts may be accidentally deleted. The only way to delete contacts is through the contact view or lists.
