Is it possible to include personalisation in a form thank you message?
eg. Thanks you [First Name] where first name is a required field in the form.
This form is embedded on a website (not Hubspot page), we then get the response from the api to display upon success.

@gstratford sorry for the late reply here, you'll need to go to the edit panel of your form in a HubSpot Page to be able to do that
It looks like you're using HubSpot in French, I want to let you know we have a French Community. To access it, just click on the language selector at the top left and change your language for French in the settings: you'll then get to the FR Community.
Regarding your issue, it's probably because you're using a HubSpot Starter Template. These templates do not support personnalization. You'll need Marketing or CMS Pro to be able to use personalization tokens on your pages.

Hello,
This is the issue I am also trying to resolve. It appears my version of hubspot currently does not have this personize menu. Can any help me understand why?

Thank you for reaching out.
It's not possible in the form editor at this stage but you can personalize the thank you message of a form when it's inserted into a HubSpot page. Click on the form in your page editor and in the panel on the left you should have this option.
